Wine tasting in Europe

by Aussie Wine Guy 14. June 2009 19:12

It had to happen eventually!  Aussie Wine Guy® is off to Europe later this year to sample from French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian wine.  If you live in Europe or have notable experience with the regions and have some suggestions on the best regions & wineries to visit, please get in contact - We’d be very interested to hear from you.

In preparation, we’ve been sampling mostly wines from the French regions of Bordeaux and Burgundy, but we will have an opportunity to taste from many regions when we are abroad.  To balance this experience, it is very likely we’ll tour South Australia and Western Australia in 2010.

If you happen to be a wine producer and would like some additional exposure, Aussie Wine Guy® is looking to accept wine for tasting & review purposes – please drop us a line.

Our focus is mainly Australian wine, but AWG knows no boundaries when it comes to great wine.  We have tasted from abroad from regions such as the Okanagan in Canada, Peru and Chile in South America and the southern cape of South Africa.

As always,
AWG
