New Glassware

After the Riedel Masterclass yesterday, my mission was to acquire some new glassware.

Thus, today we set off into the city where we purchased a number of new glasses including two Burgundy Grand Cru glasses from the highly sought after Riedel Sommeliers series.

Just to give you some perspective, these glasses form a permanent exhibit in New York's Museum of Modern Art.

We also bought two new Shiraz glasses from the new Vinum Extreme series. The glasses are shaped slightly differently than the Vinum, and look like a nice addition to the collection.

Our sales assistant, Robyn, was very helpful and had an excellent knowledge of the stemware and associated decanters. If you're in the market for decent wine glasses in the Brisbane area, we highly recommend a trip into David Jones off Queen Street mall.
